RULES AND RESTRICTIONS PETS
Remember that bringing a pet to El Potrero is a privilege that entails responsibility, the pet owner or keeper agrees to abide by these rules, and any modifications that may be made, and to comply with them. Please cooperate to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and their pets.
1. Pets allowed inside EL Potrero must always be accompanied by their owner or responsible person, who must be of legal age. The use of collar and leash is MANDATORY DURING THEIR ENTIRE STAY. Loose pets will be removed from the establishment.
2. Pets that are considered aggressive or dangerous breeds as determined by the municipal ordinance 0128 of the Metropolitan District of Quito, may not enter the El Potrero, unless they have a muzzle and a specialized leash, having the power El Potrero to be removed from its facilities if it notices any aggressive attitude of the pet towards other pets or people.
3. A maximum of 1 pet per person is allowed.
4. Assistance pets must be certified and the person responsible for them must carry the corresponding document that proves their quality, with which they may enter the enclosed spaces.
5. Each venue has its own regulations and may allow or prohibit pets from entering the premises.
6. Keep your pet under control at all times, to avoid stressful or uncomfortable situations for other clients.
7. Pets should not be left unattended at any time.
8. It is strictly forbidden to let them loose and/or tie them up without supervision.
9. The adult responsible for the pets must clean up any dirt or droppings left by the pets.
10. The owner or keeper of the pet is responsible for and will assume the costs of any damage caused to El Potrero 's property , third party property, tenants' property, and in general to the facilities .
11. Prohibited the entry of pets in heat period.
12. Pets must have all the vaccination schedule up to date, and the owner or keeper must carry a document proving such scheme. The Kennel reserves the right to require the corresponding vaccination schedule, not having it or not having the vaccinations will be cause for the removal of the pet from the facilities of the Kennel.
13. No pet may be harmed or mistreated in any way, and for any reason, not even by its own owner, in case the security and monitoring personnel detect such eventualities, they will notify the competent authorities.
